KAIZEN COLLEGE focuses on high quality ,relevant and affordable business and engineering courses
that prepares you to succeed in the 21st century training students with skills that prepares them to
become successful in their future endeavors. KAIZEN COLLEGE meet the evolving educational needs of
public and private sectors by offering forward thinking education.
This project envisions a future of a SAQA accredited College of Technology and
Management, which is in sync with a dynamic, global business environment. It is a challenging future with ambitious goals related to teaching, scholarship, service, relevance and commitment to academically adapt to the continually emerging technologies and changes in business.
Our plan has implications for students; faculty and staff members of the business, government, and the communities we serve. In the course of implementing our ambitious plan, students will benefit from high quality programs and effective use of resources and technology.
Faculty and staff will benefit from the increasing quality of academic programs,
students and increasing resources available for professional development .Our
external stakeholders and expanding communities will increasingly view KAIZEN COLLEGE broader economic, social and educational impact in the region and well beyond.
In summary, KAIZEN COLLEGE will become widely known for “Preparing
Business Professionals to Advance and Make a Difference in a Global Economy.” Historically this focus is for the region, which remains critical to KAIZEN COLLEGE, and will extend well beyond.
Though diversity, students and employees are able to learn from the difference and similarities that exist within the community. It is imperative that students and employees feel that they belong and are fully part of our institution and community, inclusion of global students ensures wellbeing and encourages engagement.
